Katie Ledecky ganhou dois prêmios, a Melhor Atleta Feminina e a Melhor Atleta Olímpica Feminina.
Os outros premiados da natação foram Caeleb Dressel como Melhor Atleta Olímpico Masculino, Jessica Long como Melhor Atleta Paralímpica Feminina e Brad Snyder ganhando o Melhor Atleta Paralímpico Masculino.
